We’re making some short- and long-term changes in the way you purchase flower frogs.
First and foremost, we’d like to thank you for being a Floral Genius customer and assure you we are committed to being your supplier-of-choice for US-made, high-quality flower frogs. Even when facing an uncertain climate, that has not changed. We are still open, still shipping, and intend to keep it that way.
As with many businesses, the COVID-19 has affected our supply chain for raw materials. While we do have a significant amount of inventory, we may have limited availability on certain products until the market regains some normalcy. To best serve our customers, we are making the following changes to our purchasing processes.
Pre-COVID, we were in the process of developing a new Floral Genius website that would remove direct buying options. As our business has grown, this was much-needed to support our many distribution channels and streamline our inventory to prevent out-of-stock scenarios.
That said, we will no longer offer direct purchasing through FloralGenius.com. Not to worry, all Floral Genius products are available for retail and wholesale purchase at our sister-company site, HHFShop.com. You can also find our products at premier wholesalers such as Kinsman Garden, Cut Flower Wholesale, Halls Atlanta Wholesale Florist, and Potomac Floral Wholesale.
To set up a wholesale account at HHFShop.com, you can submit an application by visiting https://www.hhfshop.com/pages/wholesale. The approval process is much like FloralGenius.com with the following requirements:
- You must provide your EIN Number for wholesale access.
- If you are a reseller and are not subject to sales tax, you must provide your State Tax ID number.
Our inventory at HHFShop.com is live, meaning all available items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
This transition aims to improve your order lead time, shipping costs, and overall buying experience. Harmony Harvest Farm is owned and operated by the same great people behind Floral Genius, and consolidating our fulfillment and customer service will enable us to provide you with the best possible pricing and support.
For the short term, we will be taking orders from our distribution customers, but with an extended lead time. While we wish we could provide an accurate lead time for large orders, for now we’re estimating 12 - 16 weeks on all large orders. This is subject to change based on supplier recovery from COVID-19 and we will keep you updated.
To best streamline our pricing and avoid out-of-stock scenarios, we have changed our case minimums, which vary by product. On most products, the case minimums are between 24 and 48 pieces per SKU. To receive case pricing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
